The Enneagram is a powerful tool for better understanding of ourselves and others. We each have our own perceptual filters through which we see and hear the world and learning about the Enneagram can help us to understand the basic motivations which determine how we interpret the way things are. There are nine different types of people, each with their own way of thinking, feeling and acting.

Jane Carlton is the facilitator for the Liverpool Enneagram Group. She trained as an Enneagram teacher with Helen Palmer and David Daniels and is a member of the Association of Enneagram Teachers in the Narrative Tradition.
